Grilled Cheese isn’t rocket science, it’s true.
But a bad Grilled Cheese can be REALLY bad – soggy, cold, mushy, bleck.
To make sure mine come out well, they get cooked on medium heat and flipped several times during cooking. (Bonus points for pulling it apart and adding pickles RIGHT out of the pan – so they don’t make it soggy while cooking, but add that cold crunch when you bite in!)
