Mmmm – peaches. This is not a very boozy drink, I suppose you could kick it up a notch if you wanted to… But it is fizzy and icy and sweet and delish as is, and no need to feel guilty guzzling a few down. 🙂
(This will make enough for 5 or 6 smaller servings, like our martini/marg glasses, or I guess you could serve it in bigger glasses if you would like.)
What You Need:
1/2 or 1 whole peach, peeled and chopped
1/2 can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 shots vodka
1 shot tripple sec
2 tablespoons sugar
What You Do:
In blender, combine the peach (I used a half, but putting in the whole thing would be tasty too,) with the lemonade concentrate, vodka, and triple sec, and blend until peaches are smooth. Then fill the blender with ice and blend until it takes on a smooth frozen consistancy. It will be thicker than a frozen drink.
Spread sugar onto a small plate, wet rims of glasses, and invert into sugar to coat rims.
Pour/spoon the frozen mixture into the glasses 3/4 of the way full. Pour sparkling water over the frozen mixture until glass is full.
Enjoy a last gasp of summer in a glass, (preferably on the patio, like we did.)
